Committing

This morning I committed to run 5K by the end of July and to completely end my ties with smoking by the end of this month.

Before the end of March I would love nothing more than to be a non-smoker and to be working towards some fitness goals I have for myself. Ideally I would like to loose about 100 lbs and have better breathing and just feel a lot better physically.

I was looking through this blog of mine when I came across the last time I was physically active which was May 2014!!! Good god! I meant to get into shape 2 years ago and yet here I am not doing a damn thing once again! I’m super disappointed in myself.

Here’s the plan:

  • Gym 3 days a week with an optional 4th day. (Mon, Wed, Fri)
  • STOP EATING GARBAGE!
  • Avoid Coke and Sugary drinks like the plague.
  • Stop smoking and vaping… all of it… seriously!

I want to achieve all of this by the end of the month. It’s a long list of hard stuff to give up, but I need to! I’m fat, tired, and feeling crappier by the day. I really need to get out of this slump!
